The difference between the two versions of the 3-phase overvoltage and under voltage protection devices is pretty straightforward. The basic 3-phase version only lets power flow when all three phases are working properly. On the other hand, the 3-phase+s version is more flexible. It allows power to flow even if just one phase is working. So, if one phase fails, the 3-phase+s version ensures that power keeps running, whereas the basic 3-phase version requires all three phases to be in order for power to flow.
